We desire for relationship so much in our lives. Often we forget without God’s grace our relationships are not any good. God should be the first and for most in our lives in order for all other relationships to be standing with hope. God the creator also wants to be the foundation of everything we put our hands to do that is in His will for us to do. In every relationship God wants to be the connector. With this being said, we have to have an intimate relationship with Him so we can know His ways, His thoughts, His plans and His works. When we come into an intimate relationship with God we also come into His character. We understand His hear had purpose for your life. In God there are so many things that can be used here on earth, but with lesser relationship with God, there is less of His glory on earth. Sad to say more of people’s opinions are stated then what God really wants on the earth is done when God is not a part of our relationship. However, when we are intimate with the Lord our Creator, what He created us to do on the earth becomes alive on the earth, we have now open our hearts to be more of use to Him and not living inside our own opinions.
While reading in Amos it spoke a lot about how the needy, poor and slaves were treated. It also spoke a lot about the different sin of the nations that God choose to be set aside from all the other nations. However the Lord asked a question in Amos 3:3 Can two people walk together without agreeing on the same direction? As we become closer to the Lord we will begin to understand that He knows all things, as a result His directions is better for us, we as humans don’t see all that God sees. Never the less for God’s glory to come on the earth we must come into an agreement with Him (God).
Walking together with the Lord is so amazing and beautiful. The minute you begin walking with Him, you arise to the experience of a love you never understood before as well as this love brings compassion that you never tapped into before. The intimate walk with God shows you grace in ways you never seen before. An intimate walk with God changes every area of your life. Therefore when there are struggle and strong holds that’s in your life the love, compassion and grace of God will show you to your freedom from it all. God’s love for us is truly unconditional and He wants us to share this unconditional love with people we encounter daily. For that reason as you share that intimate time with the Lord, His love, compassion and grace is poured into you, at this moment it’s time to take it and pour the same love, compassion and grace onto others. When you walk with the Lord it becomes somewhat obvious. You will always hear, there is something about you that separates you from all the others. So when you and the Lord are walking together, you two become as one to embrace the world with His love and kindness….
